Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

This only applies to orders shipped within the European Union and/or Europe.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

of your decision to withdraw from the agreement in an unequivocal statement (e.g., by letter sent by post or email).

You may use the withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your decision to withdraw before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this agreement, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your decision to withdraw from this agreement.

We will make the reimbursement using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise with us.

In all cases, you will not be charged any fees for the reimbursement.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods, set at a fixed amount of NOK 79. This will be deducted from the refund amount.

You are only responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and function.
